Products are made after you order. We partner with Printful to produce and ship every piece. This means zero waste, no unsold inventory, and every item is printed fresh. Your order triggers production — there’s no warehouse sitting on your gear.

Most items are produced within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Production timelines can extend slightly during high-volume drop windows — plan accordingly.

Every product page includes a size chart specific to that item — fit varies by garment style and cut. Measurements are in inches and centimeters. When in doubt, size up. Print-on-demand items cannot be exchanged for size.

Wash inside out in cold water. Hang dry. No bleach, no dryer heat, no ironing directly on the print. Following these steps keeps the graphic sharp and the fabric intact. Mistreating the print voids any replacement eligibility.

Customs fees and import duties on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Since every piece is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll replace it — no questions. Reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
